Book & Complete Intake
Select your appointment and register in the patient portal. You will receive an email with intake forms and consent documents. Complete these before your appointment or your consult time will be used to fill them out.

Get Your Labs Done
We send you a Quest Diagnostics requisition within 24 hours. Walk in to any Quest location, no appointment needed.

Your 60-Minute Consultation
Your Covenix physician reviews your complete lab panel and builds your personalized optimization protocol.

Receive Your Protocol & Recommendation
Your physician presents your personalized optimization strategy and recommends the right membership tier. Enrollment happens after your consult.
Lab Review Consultation
For patients with labs from another provider (within 90 days)

Full BHRT management (testosterone, thyroid, DHEA, progesterone, estradiol). Hormone optimization only. GLP-1 and peptide protocols require Standard or above.

Everything in Core plus GLP-1 weight loss protocols (compounded GLP-1 medications), monthly video check-ins, 2 urgent care visits/year, and peptide therapy when available.
