Dr. Christien Peña is a board-trained Emergency Medicine physician and the founder of Covenix Health. His experience in emergency medicine exposed him daily to the downstream effects of hormonal decline, metabolic dysfunction, chronic inflammation, and burnout. These are conditions that could have been addressed years earlier with precision optimization.
Those experiences shaped the philosophy behind Covenix: identify and correct performance gaps before disease develops. His vision is to create the gold standard in telemedicine: a fully integrated platform where performance optimization and urgent care coexist under one physician, one protocol, and one system.

She practices independently in Arizona with full practice authority, and operates under Dr. Peña as medical director in Florida and Missouri. Reagan specializes in performance medicine, helping patients optimize hormones, energy, body composition, sleep, and overall vitality.
Reagan brings a patient-centered approach to optimization, ensuring that every protocol is tailored to the unique biology and goals of each individual.
